About Our Class
Welcome to Norman F. Webb Real Estate Courses
Webb RE Courses was established in 1962 by Norman F Webb.
Norm taught our school for 30(+) years. In 1999 Mark Webb, (Norm's son), took over and is still teaching here today.
We offer live lectures and are now accepting registrations for future Real Estate Brokers to prepare to take the State Examination.
Our sessions are held in an amphitheater-style classroom that offers comfortable seating and viewing.
If you miss a lecture, you may make an appointment to watch the session in our learning center. This option also allows you to start the class late.
Our courses have been written to comply with the requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency,
and supply all the necessary educational background and hours to enable a student to sit successfully for the State Exam.
This requires the broker to show competency in seven areas totaling 150 hours.
They are as follows:
(1) Real Estate Law 30 Hours
(2) Real Estate Finance 30 Hours
(3) Real Estate Practice 30 Hours
(4) Real Estate Contracts 15 Hours
(5) Real Estate Agency 15 Hours
(6) Real Estate Brokerage 20 Hours
(7) Real Estate Property Management 10 Hours
